Denny is also Jill's father. He is the person responsible for teaching her how to turn the throttle, work on engines and go for the win! He enjoys pioneering new technologies that will provide the team with "secret power." Denny is also an avid motorcyclist and currently fields a 1970 BSA 500cc Dirt Tracker in the AHRMA Vintage Dirt Track Series. He also enjoys the outdoors, and time with "mans best friend" his Chocolate Lab named Lily.

Dennis Lautenbacher is a master machinist. He currently works as Crew Chief on the Little Jiant crew, but he is also the primary research & development machinist for Ziamatic Corporation. He has many personal racing accomplishments, one of which includes a NASCAR National Record in 1968.
